Q [Hotel] Until when can I make a reservation?
If there are vacancies, same-day reservations are accepted.
Q [Hotel] What time is check-in time and check-out time?
Normal check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is 10am.
If you would like a late check-out, please ask at the front desk.
Q [Hotel] Until what time can I call to make a reservation?
We are open from 9 am to 5 pm.
Q [Hotel] I would like to use the shuttle bus, but do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. The shuttle bus service requires a reservation. Please make a reservation directly with the hotel by 12:00 noon the day before.
Please note that the bus will not operate without a reservation.
Operating period: December ski resort opens until the end of March. Due to the limited number of people, we accept on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q [Hotel] I would like to cancel my reservation. Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
Yes.
We have the following cancellation policy.
No Show: 100% charge
Same Day Cancellation: 100% charge
Cancellation 1 Day Before: 100% charge
Cancellation 2-7 Days Before: 50% charge
Cancellation 8 Days or More Before: Free of charge
Q [Facilities] Do you have an Onsen?
Yes.
There is a large communal bath with a sauna in the center house.

Q [Facilities] Is there a parking lot? Is parking free?
Yes.
There is a free parking lot on the premises of Palcall Tsumagoi Resort.
Q [Ski Resort] What can I rent?
You can rent skis, snowboards and wear at "SALOMON STATION" on the 1st floor of the center house.
*We do not rent goggles, gloves, or hats.

At Palcall Tsumagoi, we have a large number of lessons mainly for children from 4 years old to elementary school students.
We offer a variety of lessons for all ages and levels.

Q [Ski Resort] I would like to participate in a ski lesson. Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
Advance reservations are recommended for weekends and holidays.
Please refer to here.
Congestion is expected especially during the year-end and New Year holidays and consecutive holidays. If you have request level and time, please make a reservation as soon as possible.
Q [Ski Resort] Do I need to purchase a lift ticket to take a ski lesson?
Yes.
A lift ticket must be purchased.

Q [Others] Do I need studless tires in winter?
Palcall Tsumagoi has less snow than other areas. Even in season, the nearest national road is rarely covered with snow.
However, there are some frozen spots on the road from the national highway to the resort. Studless tires or chains must be installed from early December to the end of March. (If you have a 2WD + studless tires or chains, you can usually come without problems.)
Q [Others] What is the temperature in winter?
Because it is located at an altitude of over 1,500m, the temperature in midwinter is very low.
In addition, the temperature rarely rises above plus during the season, so please come prepared with warm clothes. We recommend that children, including children, wear face coverings such as faceguards.
