• One IC card is valid for one person only.
• Tickets cannot be returned or refunded after purchase. Tickets cannot be combined with other discounts.
• Tickets may not be resold. If a resale is discovered, the ticket will be invalidated. (Any violation may be reported to the police in accordance with the Ropeway Transportation Terms and Conditions.)
• Child tickets are available for children aged 6–12. Gondola and lift rides are free for preschool children. Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult.
• IC card issuance fee is included. When purchasing at the regular on-site price of ¥6,800, customers who bring a registered IC card can receive a ¥500 discount per person. This discount does not apply to tickets purchased with early-bird or other discounted rates.
• From the 2024/25 season, a separate Sunrise Gondola ticket is required for Gondola rides between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Depending on the discount applied, purchasing a weekday one-day lift pass on-site may be cheaper during the off-season.
• IC card holders who wish to add multiple tickets to their card must apply at the Center House Ticket Counter after purchase. Tickets can be loaded onto multiple IC cards.
Example: 6 tickets can be loaded onto 2 IC cards, with 3 tickets on each card.
Important: If all 6 tickets are loaded onto a single IC card, that card can only be used by one person, meaning the tickets cannot be used by multiple people.

• Season pass prices will increase based on the total number of tickets sold in each category.
• The 1-day lift ticket price for the season is approximately ¥6,500 (to be announced soon).
• Valid on all gondolas and lifts across all ski slopes except for rope tows.
• Please read the full terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.
• A ¥500 reissue fee applies for lost passes (maximum 3 reissues per person).
• Season passes are non-transferable and valid only for the pass holder. The pass will be invalidated if misuse is discovered.
• These season passes are valid with no blackout dates throughout the entire season.
• Elementary, junior high/high school students, and seniors must present a valid age-verifying ID (student ID, My Number card, driver's license, etc.).
• Resale is prohibited. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions for details.
• The Senior Pass is available to people born in 1961 (Showa 36) or earlier.
• Up to 2 preschool children ride free when accompanied by a guardian aged high school or older. A maximum of 2 preschool children may ride together on the gondola and Lift No.1; only 1 preschool child may ride on Lift No.2 and No.3.
• On-site purchases are available during green season operating hours. Passes can be purchased at the online rate on the day of your visit, plus a ¥500 issuance fee.
• Prices may increase as each tier sells out. Please note that updates to the pricing displayed on the official website may be delayed depending on sales activity. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Please use a leash or cage to ensure the consideration of those who are uncomfortable with animals.
Pets are not able to join Gondola & Lift. You can walk and play with your pet behind the Gondola station.
Pets are not allowed to enter the center house or hotel building.
