If there are vacancies, same-day reservations are accepted.

Normal check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is 10am.
If you would like a late check-out, please ask at the front desk.

We are open from 9 am to 5 pm.

Yes.

The shuttle bus service requires a reservation. Please note that the bus will not operate without a reservation.

Please make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
Please book your shuttle early to secure your preferred time, as seats are limited.

There is a free parking lot on the premises of Palcall Tsumagoi Resort.

You can rent skis, snowboards and wear at rental shop on the 1st floor of the center house.

Congestion is expected especially during the year-end and New Year holidays and consecutive holidays. If you have request level and time, please make a reservation as soon as possible.

Palcall Tsumagoi has less snow than other areas. Even in season, the nearest national road is rarely covered with snow.
However, there are some frozen spots on the road from the national highway to the resort. Studless tires or chains must be installed from early December to the end of March. (If you have a 2WD + studless tires or chains, you can usually come without problems.)

Because it is located at an altitude of over 1,500m, the temperature in midwinter is very low.
In addition, the temperature rarely rises above plus during the season, so please come prepared with warm clothes. We recommend that children, including children, wear face coverings such as faceguards.
