- The issuance fee for the IC card is an additional 200 yen. However, if you purchase from the official website or through advance tickets, the IC card issuance fee will be waived.
- The year-end and New Year period from December 28th to January 3rd.
- The IC card can be used on all gondolas and lifts at every slope. Children, specifically those in elementary school, are eligible, and preschoolers can use the gondolas and lifts for free.
- Presenting a disability certificate entitles the holder (only) to a 50% discount on the regular fare.
- Starting from the 24/25 season, Sunrise Gondola tickets have been introduced, available on Wednesdays and weekends/holidays from 6:30 am to 8:00 am.

- Elementary school students, middle school/high school students, and customers purchasing the senior pass must present a valid identification document verifying their age (student ID, My Number card, driver's license, etc.).

For customers bringing pets
Please use a leash or cage to ensure the consideration of those who are uncomfortable with or allergic to animals. Additionally, we kindly ask for strict adherence to basic etiquette, such as proper disposal of feces and urine. For details regarding the use of each facility, please check in advance.
- Pets are not able to join Gondola & Lift. You can walk and play with your pet behind of Gondola station.
- Pets are not allowed to enter the center house or hotel building.
