Hotel guests have access to a free dial locker with the same number as the room from 11 am to check-out time.

We also provide a paid-locker for guests who require to use the locker after check-out time.

  • Transportation service for the 2020-21 winter season will be available until March 31. Please kindly note.
  • A complimentary shuttle service will be provided on a regular basis for guests staying at the hotel or using the Day Use Plan. 
  • For reservations and inquiries, please contact the hotel at 0279-96-1166.
  • Shuttle service is reservation only. Please make a reservation directly with the hotel by 12:00 noon the day before. Please note that the shuttle will not operate without a reservation.
  • The time required to get from Karuizawa to the hotel is approximately 70 minutes. Manza-Kazawaguchi ⇔ Hotel travel time is approximately 25 minutes.
  • If you are using the Shinkansen that departs and arrives at Magiwa, we will wait until you board the shuttle.
  • Please inform the staff your name and number of people when you board.
  • Depending on the weather and road conditions, it may take some time to arrive at Karuizawa Station, so please arrange a flight with plenty of time for the return Shinkansen.
  • In case you travel by taxi, the cost is around 18,000 Yen. If you use a fixed-route bus, take the Seibu Kogen Bus (for Kusatsu Onsen) from the north exit and get off at Manza-Kazawaguchi Station for about 70 minutes (about 2,000 yen per person), then take a taxi for about 25 minutes (about one car) 7,000 yen)

A spacious and comfortable "Palcall Cafe" with 530 seats. This year, we will offer a Japanese-Western breakfast buffet and a Japanese-Western-Chinese dinner buffet as a dedicated restaurant for hotel guests to prevent the spread of the new Kororo.

Hot spring public bath "Azumaya-san no Yu"

The "hot spring"
